Although there may be blue skies and pleasant temperatures when looking from your hotel window, it can be very different on the slopes and it is of the utmost importance that you remain warm and safe whilst skiing or boarding. With the effect of windchill and the varying temperatures it is important to build up several layers whilst not restricting your movement so bulky sweaters should be avoided.
As you progress and improve throughout the week your body generates more heat and you may even build up a sweat. It is important that you are wearing the right clothing in order to protect yourself from getting cold on chairlifts or changing weather conditions.
