Terms and Conditions

Sub32 has been at the forefront of Ski Clothing to hire or buy mail order for the last 10 years and remains one of the leading Specialised Ski Clothing. Hire suppliers in  England. We have gained a reputation for our quick service, high stock levels and friendly, helpful staff.

When will my good(s) be dispatched?

Our aim is to dispatch orders, placed before 2 pm, on the same working day and at worst the next working day of receiving the order. This means that you should receive your order in 1-3 working days if we have the items in stock. Please note we do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

What if only part of the order is in stock?

If only part of the order is in stock we offer you the choice of sending out what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives, or wait until the wholeorder is ready to be dispatched at once (to save you postage). We will let you know if an item is not in stock by telephone or email as soon as yourorder is processed.

What if I don’t want to order online?

First, we’d like to assure you that our online ordering process is completely secure. But if you would prefer not to order via the web then you can:

  • Phone us on 01453 899252 (9.00am - 5.00pm Monday – Thursday, 10.00am – 4.00pm Friday / Saturday)
  • Fax us on 01453 899091 (Remember to give us your phone number so we can call you back if necessary)
  • Post us your order.
  • Please send your order with Cheques/Postal Orders payable to “Sub32” to Unit H10 Draycott Business Park, Cam, Glos GL11 5DQ.

(Please allow 5-7 days for Cheques to clear)

What will the postage charge be?

Most orders posted within the UK are charged at £5.00 and sent by courier. (Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and offshore may cost more. However, we shall contact you and confirm postage charges by email or phone if this is the case).

Do your prices include VAT?

All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%. If you are ordering outside the UK, please call us on +44 1453 899252.

How come your prices are lower than “X”, “Y” and “Z”?

We buy large amounts of stock and so can negotiate lower prices with our suppliers. This allows us to pass these savings on to our customers, saving YOU money on a whole range of Clothing and Accessories.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

Availability of some of our products is shown on the website and we are currently undertaking stocktakes. If an item is in stock and checked in this will be shown when you select your product otherwise the item will display 3-5 days lead time as the item may be in stock or it can be ordered within the 3-5 day period. Items not in stock are usually dispatched within 3-5 days. If the item is not available from our suppliers, we will email you within1 working day and offer you alternative items or let you know when the item will be available. We will not debit your account until we dispatch the product(s).

How accurate is your website?

We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, but we all make mistakes sometimes and so cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions.

Which couriers do you use?

Small items are sent by First Class Post, larger items are sent with Yodel or other Couriers.

Can I Return my items(s)?

We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit.If you've ordered the wrong thing, or if you simply don't like them. We only ask that you return items within 14 days and that returned items are unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods.

My goods are faulty, what shall I do?

Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case.

Sub32 Privacy Policy

We will not pass on any details to any other parties. When you make an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Your credit card details are deleted after an order has been despatched. We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email. If you do not want to receive these emails from us, please send an email to nooffers@Ski-west.co.uk.

Online Security

Sub32 has been established since 1999, We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately. Sub32 and Cybertill offer the use of secure servers where information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. SSL works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL and other browsers. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. In the highly unlikely event of credit card fraud, the credit card issuer usually covers the cost, and as a consumer you should contact your card providers to find out your position. We have made online shopping secure and easy. When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We delete your online credit card details as soon as the order is processed. In summary, you can be sure that we have taken every step to ensure that your online ordering is safe and secure.
